Our approach to your data
We run an information resource, not a gambling account. We do not ask you to register, we hold no player balances and we never request payment details, identity documents or banking information. If any page ever asks you for that, it is not us. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, plus a limited amount of technical data your browser shares automatically with any website you open.
Information you give us directly
When you submit our contact form or write to us by email, we receive the details you enter, which typically means your name or nickname, your email address and the content of your message. The form is hosted on our contact page, and it is the only place on this site that asks you for anything. We request nothing beyond what is needed to understand your question and reply to it.
Never include payment card numbers, banking details, passwords, identity documents or copies of government identification in a message to us. We have no use for that information, we do not want it, and no legitimate enquiry to this site requires it. If any message appearing to come from us asks you for it, it did not come from us. The same applies to financial details, government identifiers and health data, which have no place in an enquiry about a slot game.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, ours records basic technical data when a page loads. That can include your IP address, browser type and version, device category, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This information is aggregated and used to see which sections people actually read, to detect broken pages and to keep the site secure. It is not used to build a personal profile of you and it does not tell us who you are.
Analytics and third-party services
We use standard web analytics to measure traffic and page performance. These services set cookies and may process technical data on our behalf, including IP address information. How long we keep it
Contact messages are retained only for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and to keep a short record of correspondence, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and is not tied back to individuals. Nothing is kept indefinitely without a reason.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the people who operate this site and to the service providers that host it and supply our analytics. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the security of the site and its visitors.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop processing your data. To make a request, write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for a standard request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security and children
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever our practices or the tools we use change. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
